We charge our legal services in different ways of remuneration. The fee is stipulated under the settlement with the client taking into consideration the following factors: character of the factual and legal issue, complexity of the client´s request and urgency of the matter. The types of fees which are used for calculating price of the service are hourly rate, act fee or flat service fee for the agreed legal service.

The usual range of hourly rate is 1500-3000 CZK. Price ranging from 3000 CZK/hour is given for special demanding legal services, those which for instance involve foreign languages or law, very specialized services or those provided out of the ordinary working hours on client's request. We are taxpayer of VAT.

In according to the Act No. 85/1996 Coll., we are insured to 100 milions CZK.
